By the Student in C.U. Portal extended from 15/09/2025 to 18/09/2025. Admit card will be issued on 17.10.25 from 1st floor office from 5.30 to 8.30 pm

And Hard copy of the APPLICATION FORM must be submitted to the College from 15/09/2025 to 19/09/2025 except Holidays at 5.30 Pm - 8.30 Pm

1. Candidates must verify the hard copy application Form from 1st floor office.

2. Submit the filled up application form to the cash office at the ground floor with necessary documents, i.e., Admission challan, Seat booking challan ,Fees book, Library clearance, Exam fees (SBI Challan), Casual fees (SBI Challan) only for backlog candidates, for drop case (Other Charges fees), Fees book.

It is hereby notified that BCom sem VI CBCS (HONS + GEN) 2025 REVIEW & FSI through the system of On-line submission Of application for post-publication re-examination/review and/or self-inspection of evaluated answer scripts (S)/(F.S.I.) for the said semester will be open within 8/9/25 and continue up to 11/9/25 in Website: www.cuexam.net and www.cuexamwindos.in

Candidates are asked to submit the online filled up form and paid challan to Sm Romi Mukherjee in the First Floor Office from 6 to 8 pm on the above mentioned dates.

Classes suspended due to SSC examination of Bangabasi (day) College

All classes will remain suspended on 6.9.25 (Saturday) and 13.9.25 (Saturday) due to preparation of classrooms as SSC examination hall of Bangabasi day College. (Already the college is closed on 13.9.25 due to martyrdom day of Jatin Das. However, the process of admission verification and Form Fill up will continue as usual. The library will eventually remain open for the form fill up related works.

Govt. order regarding Bundh on 9th July 2025

As per order of the GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT (Audit Branch) 325, Sarat Chatterjee Road, Nabanna, Howrah- 711 102 MEMORANDUM No. 251 O-F(P2) Dated : 07/07/2025, in view of call given by different trade unions and others for a 24 hours' nationwide strike / bandh on the 9th July, 2025 (Wednesday), it has been decided that all State Government offices including those provided with Grants-in-Aid by the State Government shall remain open and all the employees shall report for duty on that day. It has been decided that no Casual Leave or any other leave for absence either in the 1st half or in the 2nd half or for the whole day shall be granted to any employee on the above-mentioned day. It is further notified that absence of employees on that day will be treated as 'dies-non' and no salary will be admissible unless such absence is covered by any of the following grounds: a) b) c) d) Hospitalisation of the employees; Bereavement in the family; Severe illness and absence continuing prior to gth July, 2025; Employees who had been on Child Care Leave, Maternity Leave, Medical Leave and Earned Leave sanctioned prior to gth July, 2025. All Heads of Offices/Controlling Authorities concerned will issue Show-Cause notice to the employee(s) concerned, who will remain absent on 9th July, 2025, asking him/her to explain w~y action would not be taken against him/her for such unauthorized absence. On receipt of satisfactory reply, leave due and admissible may be granted on production of documentary evidence on the grounds mentioned above. Where the absence is not covered by any of the above-mentioned reasons and the leave has not been approved, the same will be treated as 'dies-non' and no salary will be admissible for the above-mentioned day. Those who will not respond to the Show-Cause notice will be liable to disciplinary action. All course of action in terms of this order should be completed by 31st July, 2025 and compliance report on action taken should be sent to this Department.
